By the age of 25, most people have an idea of what profession they’ll enter, anything from a fishing guide to a surgeon. But, 40 years later, out of a typical 100 people, 5 are still working, 36 are dead, 54 are dead broke (or at least earning far less than when they were employed), 4 are well off, and 1 person is wealthy. Thus the 40 year plan means that for four decades most of us go back and forth from home to work, back and forth, back and forth, like a sick, caged lion and yet at the end of that time only 1 out of 100 persons has something to show for it!

Network marketing is indeed the greatest opportunity in the history of capitalism, and I consider myself very privileged to be able to participate in the industry. As an industry advocate, I believe that when any network marketing company fails, we all suffer. The future survival of our industry depends now on cooperation, not antagonism. Industry-wide success depends on elevating MLM companies and products rather than destroying the reputations, hopes, and dreams of our MLM competitors – only then will network marketing become the most lucrative profession in all of free enterprise. Some network marketers mistakenly believe that systematic ruin of their competitors is the best strategy for success. Little do they know that’s exactly why they haven’t begun to reach their potential. Unlike pioneers of the Old West who circled their wagons to fight off attacks, whenever one or more companies in our industry is threatened, we circle our wagons and fire inward.

Unfortunately network marketing has gotten a bad rep because of just a couple of dishonest representatives. Every successful company is shaped like a pyramid. Whether it is Microsoft, Coke, or your local grocery market. There is one guy at the top making a very large sum of money while the compensation decreases exponentially the further down you go. However, unlike traditional corporate America, MLM’s give anyone the opportunity to be at the top and make a ton of money with out slaving away for 30 or 40 years. There is no being held back by someone above you. There truly is no limit to how much or how fast you can earn money. It is the ultimate leverage and cash flow system.

Network marketing is a dream come true for entrepreneurs. It only has upside potential. Instead of investing ten or hundreds of thousands into inventory, employees, overhead, insurance, or a franchise, you have the opportunity to build a giant business organization that can be very profitable. What other ways can you turn a 500 dollar investment into a monthly cash flow of $50,000+ within 4 or 5 years? However, even though the financial cost leaves the door open for almost anyone, only those who work hard and believe in themselves will succeed and make the money of their dreams.

Many people make the mistake of inviting rejection by presenting a far too narrow focus. They often promote a single product or just one division of their company as opposed to creating wide appeal by stressing the leveraged income and free time that result form orders of commonly used products and services. Network marketing is intrinsically designed to appeal to everyone. It is not meant to be an elitist club, nor is it effective if you promote just a single product line. And yet new comers and old-times alike often make this mistake.

When Donald Trump appeared on the David Letterman Show he was asked, “If you lost all your fortune today, what would you do to get it all back?” He said he would join the best MLM Company he could find and go door to door. The audience started laughing at him. He stood up and blatantly stated, “that is why I’m up here and you’re out there.”

Network marketing is an opportunity for anyone to succeed. It is the only business plan that levels the playing field for all of its employees and enables each and every sponsor to earn a leveraged income. The beauty of a company that offers this opportunity is that each employee has the potential to earn as much as the next, no matter their skill level. If you are motivated and willing to put in the effort needed in any typical work environment then there is no reason you cannot earn a substantial income.

Now not all MLM’s are equally profitable. In recent months, a number of new, hot MLM’s have emerged offering the potential to cycle matrices without selling a traditional product. Instead of exchanging pills, lotions, dietary supplements and even monthly fees, these new companies offer the exchange of services such as discounts online and travel packages. Usually MLM’s like these are much more appealing and have the ability to earn you a much higher income.

Remember: “What other professionals can earn $20,000, $30,000, even $50,000 a month in less than 5 years, while enjoying total personal freedom? No one can but those of us in network marketing.”

I just recently read a statistically study that reveals with most new social networks people have a similar pattern to usage. They typically will try it and then they realize that they don’t get it or become discouraged because they don’t know anyone else on it or even feel intimidated by their lack of information on usage. But…but..it grows on them slowly until they start to use it daily.

Looking at a study by Sysomos it was noted….

We also explored the behavior of Twitter users based on how long they had been using the service to understand Twitter’s “stickiness”. In particular, we were interested in looking at two groups: new Twitter users and more experienced users to glean insight into the activity of groups at opposite ends of the spectrum.

We discovered that people who had been on Twitter for less than three months kept a steady presence, accounting for about 22% of total tweets in each of the past four months. This suggests new users are sticking around and establishing a solid presence.

People who had been on Twitter for more than nine months increased their activity in a major way to 41.6% of total tweets in March from 26% in December. This suggests that as people spend more time on Twitter, they tweet more frequently.
